How to place an order by phone:
Order by phone by calling 1-318-213-6488. You may order by fax (318) 213-6487. Our business hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Central time, Monday through Friday and 7:00 a.m. to noon on Saturday. Should you call after hours, leave a message and someone will return your call. You are also more than welcome to stop by our warehouse and pick up what you need or place your order in person -- we always have time for our customers.
We will be happy to to furnish you with a price quote for quantity or bid purchases. We will give you a competitive quote on receipt of your request.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. You can also open a CSP account upon credit approval.
Orders will be shipped by United Parcel Service in most cases. Shipping and sales tax (when applicable) will be added separately to your invoice. Some orders, due to size and weight, may be shipped by motor freight. We will always ship by the most economical means.
